Think of this as a first date! After connecting on the phone and learning more about your design needs, this is the first step in the process: We will come to your home to view the space, take measurements, and learn the scope of the design project!
At this step, we charge a one-time fee of $200 for all Design Project Consultations.

After meeting with you and better understanding your vision, needs, and preferences, we will put together a customized Design Project Package that includes the scope of the project and all costs associated with the design needs. From here, we will draft a contract to start the process!

Once the contract is signed, we will move into the Design Development phase—an exciting step where we begin crafting and refining the new design concepts for your project. This phase marks the start of our collaborative, hands-on process, where we work together to explore creative ideas and make key design decisions. This collaboration can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you prefer, depending on your comfort and design needs.
During this phase, our primary goal is to establish a clear and cohesive direction for the project, ensuring all elements are thoughtfully organized and aligned with your vision. The decisions made during Design Development will lay the groundwork for the Design Presentation, where we’ll showcase the proposed concepts for your review and feedback.
This structured and intentional approach ensures every design element is curated to bring your project to life seamlessly and beautifully, bringing a sense of calm in the chaos.

This is when all the fun starts to happen!
We will present our design presentation with the full design scope, including all project details. This is when you will see the concept come to life.
We also offer both 2D and 3D floor plans, elevation plans, and renderings once the design concept has been finalized to really get that full design feel and experience. -
Once the design has been finalized and all elements are ready to order, we will start the purchasing phase of the project! This is when it starts to feel like Christmas! During this step, we also work with our vendors to ensure we are on time for our scheduled install date!
We also work very closely with all the contractors to ensure we stay within our estimated project completion timeline. This is a huge part of our Devaughn Design Process as we believe in a strong working relationship between all vendors, whether that be your contractor, plumber, or painter. We are all one team to get the design done for your client! -
This is our favorite step in the process! This is when you finally get to have the whole project come together in your space! Our team will install all the little details to ensure our vision comes to life!

During this final stage, we will collaborate to tie up any loose ends, discuss final details, and gather your feedback to continually enhance our offerings and ensure they remain the best in town.

No. 1 — eDesign
Our eDesign services provide a convenient, remote solution for design projects, no matter where you are. Whether you’re out of state or just prefer working remotely, we offer a personalized experience to meet your needs. We'll craft a customized design concept after a 60-minute video call to discuss your design vision, preferences, and room details. This includes a mood board, carefully curated fixture, and furniture selections tailored to your space. You’ll also receive a detailed product list with clickable links, making it simple to purchase and style the recommended items for your room.
Please note this service is designed for out-of-state clients or those preferring remote design. It does not include installation or project management. It focuses solely on providing design concepts and product recommendations. If the client is local, we charge $250 hourly for project management.

No. 2 — Room Refresh
Our Room Refresh service is an exciting and easy way to rejuvenate your space with style. Whether it’s a living room, primary bedroom, kids’ room, guest bedroom, or dining room, we’ll work closely with you to understand your vision and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized design plan that includes new furnishings, fixtures, lighting, artwork, and decorative accents. We’ll handle everything — from arranging the delivery of items to their placement in your space — ensuring a cohesive, refreshed look that elevates your room’s ambiance and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
This service is designed to breathe new life into your home and is perfect for transforming living spaces, bedrooms, and dining areas.

Our Full-Service Design service is perfect for clients undergoing a comprehensive renovation, such as a kitchen, bathroom, or basement. We handle all design details from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and timeless result. Our service includes full design installation and ongoing support. We also collaborate closely with contractors during construction to ensure the design is executed exactly as planned.
